ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full time position reporting to the Managing Director. The Implementation Specialist works closely with new clients, and is responsible for implementing, configuring, and (short term) supporting our software solutions post sale. This may include requirements definition and consultation through our software development cycle should development be required. As an Implementation Specialist you may also spend time on the consulting side of our business analyzing process and recommending best practice. Duties would include:

- Consulting based scoping of current client process including process map development
- Interaction with clients and operational staff to ensure proper installment of Strata Health IT solutions
- Continually communicate and distribute project implementation updates to appropriate departments and stakeholders
- Maintain and track all client related activities
- Ensure all deadlines and due dates are delivered to client expectation
- Perform analysis on business requirements and produce technical specifications as required
- Prepare client software databases (configuration of in house software)
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as required

CORE APPLICANT ATTRIBUTES:

- Preference given to applicants with a University / College Degree
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
- Three to five years of relevant experience (Project / Implementation / Software)
- Demonstrated ability to work positively in a dynamic team environment
- Willingness and ability to learn negotiation, conflict management and risk management skills
- Strong oral & written communication skills
