Jay Gordon is former CEO, Sales Services North America division, and a Member of the Board of Directors of Mosaic Group Inc, a publicly-held international sales & marketing services agency which traded on the TSE from 1996 – 2001. Mr. Gordon was President of Sales & Merchandising Group (S&MG), a privately held sales services agency, from 1988 – 1996, which merged with Mosaic Group and provided contract  selling, merchandising and field marketing services to major multinational consumer products companies. Mr. Gordon also held various senior sales management positions during an extensive 14-year career with Procter & Gamble in Canada.

Clark is President of ClickSpace Interactive Inc., a Calgary-based internet development and marketing organization. He is an award-winning entrepreneur — Clark’s past businesses have twice been named one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies™ by Deloitte & Touche.
